RESTAURANT MANAGER IN BAHRAIN
European male, experience in fine-dining restaurants and with vvip clients, preferably some experience in middle east, must have some background in bar area as well, he will be incharge of the entire FOH operations, training, services, finances etc as well as coordination with the BOH.
- Salary 6000 $ (negotiable upon interview)
- Dutie meal provided

||From INDEPENDENT good restaurants in Dubai or London that serve a comparable (Italian) cuisine as Masso
||Minimum of 3 years in management position and 15 years in the industry, pre-opening a plus
||Fine dining, haute cuisine, understanding of Michelin rated restaurants standards
Able to discuss food and coordinate with Chefs
||Minimum of WSET 2nd or 3rd level or sommelier qualification
||Clear understanding of financial stats & P&L and of what it takes to manage & develop a business
||Sympathetic, fair and honest with all team members while keeping the necessary distance to gain respect and fellowship from all
